World War Z

In Chapter 2, Brooks shows how the CIA was involved in a problem with a problem that happen in the US.   He shows the interviewer traveling from Virginia, Finland, Antarctica, and Texas. While he goes around asking people about and there in counters with zombies.  While he interviewed the CIA member in Langley, Virgina, he asks if the virus started in China (which it did) and the CIA explains how they tried to cover it up by telling the public it was rabies.  While the interviewer was in Finland, he interviewed Travis D'Ambrosia. They start talking about phase one and how it was a big success, but they talk about phase 2 and how it was never completed and they let the American people down. While in Antarctica, Breckinridge "Breck" Scott is interviewed and asked about the vaccine the FDA had ordered to make for rabies. Throughout the interview,  they also brought up Phalanx and how it was supposedly a vaccine but when it really didn't do anything but keep society calm. In Amarillo, Texas, he interviews a former White House chief of staff about the "Warmbrunn-Knight" report and his knowledge of Phalanx
