Chapter 3
Blame
In the section, "Blame", Max Brooks shows the interviewer traveling to many different places. The interviewer travels to Virginia, Montana, Finland, Antarctica, and Texas. While in these various places the interviewer talks to different people about their experiences with zombies. While in Langley, Virginia, the interviewer speaks with a member of the CIA. In Vaalajarvi, Finland, the interviewer talks to Travis D'Ambrosia about Phase one and Phase two and how the American people were let down. While in Vostok Station, Antarctica, the interviewer speaks to Breck Scott and his making of Phalanx, a vaccine that made him bio-dome rich. The interviewer talks to a former White House chief of staff member in Amarillo, Texas about the "Warmbrunn-Knight" report and his knowledge of Phalanx and other issues. Finally, In Troy, Montana, he speaks with a woman who's family was attacked in their home in San Diego and moved to the some what zombie proof homes in Troy.
Overall, I thought the first three sections were very interesting. Max brooks writes about zombies spreading from all over the world. He gives the readers many different perspectives and lets you see whats going on all around the globe. I'm excited to read more and find out more on whats actually happening. The first three sections were mostly introducing the zombies and how they were affecting the world.
