I wrote my summary and rhetorical analysis on an article written by Elizabeth McAlister "Slaves, Cannibals, and Infected Hyper-Whites: The Race and Religion of Zombies". She relates the imagine of modern day zombies to modern day race and religion. Being able to summarize a pice of writing will be a huge part of college and for this class. Learning how to pull the most useful information from a 30 page plus paper isn't always easy. I knew what the assignment was from the start, didn't have too much trouble. peer review was great feed back, I liked our one-on-ones last semester we did.
One of the bigger strengths to my paper was my summary, it was easy to pull good information to support everything. I feel my conculsion was the weaker part just because it was short and lacking a few key points. Just be blunt, some teacher have tried to sugar-coat everything and I struggle trying to figure out what they are trying to tell me/ want from me.
