My essay was about how zombie popularity grew in society and how it was related to many problems that have happened between people and society. I talk about many problems about the zombie metaphors and many positive things that come out of the zombie metaphors. The questions I ask in this essay are “Why/whoever would have thought a fictional character like this would cause such a great impact?” In the rhetorical analysis, it confused me when I had to explain how logos, pathos, and ethos was used. It was hard for me to get evidence that matched up with logos, pathos, and ethos. It will be important to summarize articles for the future assignments and classes because it is always a good way to start off any assignment and to know the most important things in the article. It will help you understand an assignment better because you’ll know the main idea of the article. I learned to write this essay after you gave us those example papers. Those papers taught me how to write a correct summary and to examine and apply the rhetorical techniques. The best feedback I got on that paper was when you said that I needed to add more details on my rhetorical analysis and explain why certain evidence was logos, pathos, or ethos. The strength in my paper was my summary/thesis. My summary really explained my thesis very well and I had lots of evidence/details to support it. My rhetorical analysis needed to be improved a little. I needed to add a little more details to it to make it perfect. To help me with my paper, you should keep doing the same thing and add some suggestions that I could add to my paper to make it better. Instead of just saying to fix my rhetorical analysis, it would have been better to give me an example to help guide me with it.
